Our guide was great, very personable and knowledgeable. We had a great time with him. We can't remember his name but we did the 3:00 tour on July 9th. The food was very good, a great variety. It starts with Beer tasting and that bloats, so be warned for the rest of the tour. We were definitely full by the end. We did learn some interesting facts and information about the area.
