One of Casas del Bosque’s biggest strengths is its soil. In the hills, red clay composites of volcanic origin sit on top of decomposed granite layers formed 110 million years ago beneath the Pacific Ocean. This soil gives their wines the unique characteristic sea salt flavor.  Casas del Bosque has gained great prestige over the years and in 2010 became the Best Vineyard to Visit in Chile.

Beautiful area and our guide was truly special. Sean speaks perfect English and shared so much information with us. He even took pictures of our group with his own camera and emailed them to us. Exceptional!

Excellent value for money. It’s a personal choice, for me I’d rather spend more time at the beach ️ than have lunch.

Excellent day tour. Got to meet lots of new people from all over the world

Romi was a very helpful guide and Marlin was fun too!
