We booked a trip in English, which was cancelled due to illness. We were moved to a Portuguese group, with a guide who was still learning English and did a great job of trying to interact with us and explain things!! We appreciated them making our trip happen. Our driver made the drive up the mountain, with more than 60 curves, look like the easiest drive he’d ever made. Only drawback was when we stopped at the ski area, nothing was open - no shops, no restaurants, no WC’s - which made the stop quite long. Aside from that, we definitely enjoyed this trip!

Excellent service since they went to the hotel for us, Mr. Hernan (driver and guide) a very kind and pleasant person, made the trip to the mountain very safe, he also gave us several tips to visit the Farellones park. It is the first time we went up to the snow and it was a very good experience. We recommend the private tour is all more expeditious, especially in high season. All excellent, recommended 100%

It was difficult for me to communicate at first, but in the end everything turned out well. It was a private tour and Bernardo was attentive to the requirements of tourists. Very friendly and willing to change plans as requested. Highly recommended.

Well, not everything went according to the plan, but in the end it was an unforgettable experience and one never ending party! I would definitely go again!

The destination is spectacular!!! the view is beautiful and the picnic is enjoyed a lot, a very good guide, friendly and attentive
