What people are saying about Valença do Minho

Great experience. The guide told us a lot of stuff on the way to Santiago and back. Very good organization, guide told us everything we need to know, we also got map of Santiago for easier orientation. We had a lot of free time and could see what ever we want. On the way back we also stopped in Valenca, beautiful city with great view on the border betwen Spain and Portugal.

It was a nice day trip. We were a group of 4. Daniel, our guide, accompanied us and spoke both English and Portuguese. Besides being a really nice guy, he told us a lot about the history of Santiago and was very interesting. I recommend this excursion to everyone.

Very nice activity! Now, the line to enter the cathedral is so long, it's better to accept that we won't have time to visit it :( More time in St Jacques, and removing the second city (Valencia?) might have been a good idea...

If you want to attend the pilgrim's mass go directly to the church or you may get shut out. Definitely the highlight of the tour!

very good tour! guide David very helpful and attentive!
