What people are saying about Upper Austria

The place and the road trip journey to Hallstatt is marvelous. However, the reason for 4 stars is that I give only 2 stars for the tour guide. Most things we heard were irrelevant to the trip meaning, instead of hearing about the villages/cities passing through, the Alps, etc., we were listening about Sisi, Maria Tereza, and other historical personals. If someone visits the relevant attractions in Vienna gets all this info in more detail. It was like hearing the museum's guide tour twice! (and museums guide tour is by far better).

fantastic day would recommend Peter our guide was brilliant the day was topped off with a traditional Austrian meal at the Herzi restaurant in the old where we got fantastic service and excellent food

Terrific guide - full of fun, interesting facts and a dry, very funny sense of humor. Recommended!
