You will find the desk to exchange your voucher at gate number 7 of Arena di Verona. You can get your entrance ticket from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
What to remember

Not allowed:

  • In the stall seats (Platinum, Gold, Silver, 1st sector stalls, 2nd sector stalls), shorts, tank tops, and flip-flops are not allowed for men

Know in advance:

  • This ticket gives you skip-the-line access to gate 7 of Arena di Verona. To get into Arena, you will have to exchange your voucher for the entrance ticket and pass a security check
  • In the stalls, elegant clothing is preferable
  • Public ticket transport to use the day after the opera is available upon request
  • Should weather conditions prevent a performance from being staged as scheduled, the event may be postponed by up to 150 minutes
