Kos's cultural, gastronomic and historical gems will be ticked off on this full day tour. You'll visit the archaeological site of Asclepeion, visit a honey factory in Kefalos, admire the view in Zia and sample some local wine.
The first stop of many will be the seaside town of Kefalos where you'll have the chance to grab a few snapshots before trying a local sticky delight – ‘loukomades', honey-soaked dough balls – at the honey factory. There'll then be a guided tour around Kos town to see its harbour lined with wooden boats.
You'll have the chance to visit ancient Asclepeion, one of Greece's most important archaeological sites, which houses the remains of the world's first hospital. The route will continue to the mountain village of Zia where there's a chance to taste the local Kanelada drink and look around the craft shops. A wine tasting will then round off your day.
