Things to do in Kiel

Kiel is a relaxed city at the German Baltic Sea. Its 17 kilometer long fjords and beaches offer a broad variety of leisure activities. The biggest sailing event in the world takes place here during the Kieler Week when more than 2200 events invite people to participate over the course of 10 days.The city's cultural program includes amongst other things 8 museums that can be found in close proximity to the fjords.
