We loved our guide Virginia! She spoke clearly and we learnt a lot! Our yoir was 90 minutes - unfortunately the morning tour we had booked on was cancelled and moved to the afternoon which put pressure on our travel plans and meant we had to sprint for a train after the visit but we’re still glad we saw the amazing collections at Uffizi.

Unfortunately, we only had little time in Florence on May 11, 2022 and therefore booked a German tour at 2 p.m. to show us the most important paintings in the Uffizi Gallery. Our female guide (unfortunately I didn't remember her name) was just amazing! She was not only extremely charming, but also convinced with great historical expertise. She explained the most important pictures, the history of their creation and the painters to us in such an appealing way that we left the museum satisfied and happy. I highly recommend this tour to everyone!

Our guide guide for this tour was great. However, this was the 2nd activity we booked with this provider. We were told a meeting place and advised to look for someone with a white flag. By accident we spotted the same person in a brown leather jacket from the day before and asked him to confirm the meeting place. He then took us away from the advised meeting place to someone without a white flag in a completely different. Had we not spotted the same person we would have wasted $166 and missed the tour completely and not gotten a refund. Would not book again and do not recommend.
