we took a while to locate meeting point as it was not clearly stated that it is located at basement of the congress station. the experience of cable car and enjoying the view at the top of innsbruck was fantastic. the visit to the alphenzoo was great too, able to see alpine animals which are not in my home country zoo.

Our guide, Ilona, was excellent. She was very informed about the city, worked with us to come up with a program for us, but more importantly she had great interpersonal skills. We felt very comfortable with her as she led us around.

Was great to have a personalized tour around Innsbruck based on what you are most interested in seeing.

Beautiful experience in a few minutes at more than 2000 meters high with a wonderful view !!!!

Fernando very familiar and attentive. A relaxing and informative walk.
