Luck is a big part of the trip, and we were lucky! We drove for 45 min and as long as we arrived, the Northen Lights were there and have been with us for more than 1 hour!!! We saw the Aurora, around a bonfire, drinking hot chocolate and eating good cookies! It was MAGIC ! It was my first Aurora and also my birthday… definitely best bday ever !!

We really enjoyed the trip. Our guide, Brynjar, was excellent and we had a good time. We were able to see the lights a little, although obviously a clear sky would have been much better. But we felt that Brynjar did everything he could to take us to the best place to see them. The bus was comfortable and he communicated very well. The hot chocolate and cookies were excellent too!

What a wonderful trip! I would recommend it to anyone hoping to see the Northern Lights in or near Tromso. The guides are professional and knowledgeable and they provide you with all the essentials so you don't get cold during the night. They also provided us with transportation directly to our hotels which was very appreciated. Don't hesitate, book this trip!
