Nothing to say about the places visited, enchanting! We had some problems with the organization. At the time of booking we had indicated our hotel as the pick-up point. On the day of the tour no one showed up and only by calling assistance we discovered that the pick-up point was no longer our hotel but another, about 10 minutes away on foot. The operator told us that he had sent us an email the night before with an indication of the pick-up point but the email only arrived when the trip was over. Furthermore, the voucher did not indicate the actual departure time but the agency's opening time (8.00 am while the tour started at 09.30). The tour leader has repeatedly expressed concepts relating to the origin of tourists and the difference between Trieste and the rest of Italy and between the north and south of Italy. It seemed a bit out of place for a person who works with tourists.

Good tour and made our party want to explore all parts of this beautiful country after this quick taste of what it has to offer. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable about his country. Enjoyable day. Only hiccup was Get Your Guide communication surrounding pick-up point. When booking website said our hotel was out of the pickup zone, so chose a museum front within the zone. Received an email requesting address of our hotel but no response as to if that would be pickup point or the museum. We went to museum- guide went to hotel. After a phone call, all was sorted out but felt bad to delay the other tour members. Would recommend tour.
