1. From Kathmandu: 12-Day Everest Base Camp Trek

Day 1: Start with pickup from your hotel and travel to Tribhuvan Internation Airport to take an early flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. Upon arrival at Lukla, be transferred to the starting point and begin the trek to Phakding. Stay overnight at a tea house lodge. Day 2: Make your way from Phakding to Namche Bazar, located at an altitude of 3,440 meters. Stay overnight in the town of Namche Bazar. Day 3: Take a rest day to acclimatize to the altitude in Namche Bazar. Relax and enjoy a second overnight stay in the town. Day 4:  Depart from Namche Bazar and hike to Tyangboche located at 3,867 meters. Stay in Tyangboche overnight. Day 5: Leave Tyangboche and hike through a beautiful rhododendron forest. Cross a suspension bridge at Imja Khola, and head towards Minlinggo. Enter the Imjatse Valley beneath the mighty peaks of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, and Lhotse. Stay overnight in Dingboche, located at 4,260 meters.  Day 6: Spend a day acclimatizing to the altitude in Dingboche with an overnight stay at a tea house lodge. Day 7: Head towards Lobuche from Dingboche on a 5.5-hour hike. Stop for lunch in Dugla, and then arrive in Lobuche for an overnight stay at 4,930 meters.  Day 8: After breakfast at Lobuche, begin the trek to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep. This is one of the most rewarding sections of the entire excursion. Follow the trail up the rocky paths with great views of the Khumbu glacier. Visit the famous Everest Base Camp located at 5,364 meters in altitude. Make your way back to Gorakshep where you will stay the night. Day 9: Hike from Gorakshep to Kala Patthar located at 5,545 meters, and then to Pheriche at 4,243 meters, where you will stay overnight in a tea house lodge. Day 10: Start your descent with a hike from Pheriche to Tyangboche located at 3,867 meters, then Trek- Pheriche to Namche Bazaar. (Altitude: 3440m)where you will spend the night. Day 11: Make your way back to Lukla from Namche Bazaar and a last night at lukla. Day 12: Early morning, board a scenic flight back to Kathmandu. You will be transferred to hotel by our tour representative. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (Max Altitude: 1350 m / 4429 ft) On the first day of your trip, you will be arriving in Kathmandu via Tribhuvan International Airport. Our representative will be holding your naming card signboard and greet you and pick you up from the airport. You will then check into a hotel and be briefed about your upcoming trek and get introduced to your guide. Day 2: Travel from Kathmandu to Birethanti via Pokhara (Min Altitude: 1100 m / 3609 ft) On the second day of your trip, you will be traveling early in the morning for a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Birethanti via Pokhara on a Luxury Tourist Bus. The trip will take you 7-8 hours. You will then be exploring Birethanti, a small settlement. You will also be staying at Birethanti for your night halt. Day 3: Drive to Simrung and Trek to Sinuwa (Max Altitude: 2340 m / 7677 ft) Today you will be taking a one-hour drive from Birethanti to Simrung, the start point of your trek. You will then be trekking (6-7 hours) towards the beautiful village of Sinuwa via Jhinu Danda, a natural hot spring, and Chomrong, a modern Gurung village. The village provides you with an insight into the traditional Gurung cultures, and their hospitality. On your journey, you will be passing through various scenic trails including waterfalls, spectacular views of the mountain range including Mt. Annapurna South and Mt. Himchuli among others. You will be staying in Sinuwa for your night halt. Day 4: Trek from Sinuwa to Deurali (Max Altitude: 3230 m / 10597 ft) On day four you will be taking a 6-7 hours hike from Sinuwa to Deurali via Himalaya, a small settlement with tea houses. Today you will be yet again passing through a dense forest while exploring many waterfalls on the way. Deurali Guest House will be your night halt for the day. Day 5: Trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (Max Altitude: 4130 m / 13549 ft) On day five you will be arriving at your destination, the ‘Annapurna Base Camp via Machhapuchhre Base Camp. On your journey, you will pass through a valley, an experience like never before. The journey from Deurali to Annapurna basecamp takes you 5-6 hours. Tea Houses at Annapurna Base Camp itself will be your night halt for the day. The place is famous for its mesmerizing view of the Annapurna Mountain Range with an amazing view of the sunset towards the west. Day 6: Trek back to Bamboo / Sinuwa (Min Altitude: 2340 m / 7677 ft) On day six, you will be witnessing a spectacular view of sunrise and a delicious breakfast in the early morning. You will then be trekking down towards Bamboo / Sinuwa via Deurali, Himalaya, and Dobhan. A guest house in Bamboo / Sinuwa will be your halt for the night. Day 7: Trek back to Ghandruk and travel to Pokhara (Min Altitude: 830 m / 2723 ft) On day seven, you will be hiking down towards Ghandruk (5-6 hours) via Chomrong. Ghandruk is famous for its ethnic Gurung traditions and culture. You will then take an hour's drive back to Pokhara from Ghandruk.

DAY 1 : ARRIVAL At the arrival section of Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, one of our representatives will be waiting to welcome you. The airport representative will explain the program upon arrival and escort you to the hotel on a private vehicle. In the evening we visit Pashupatinath Temple and Bouddhanath Stupa. DAY 2 : FLY TO NEPALGUNJ After breakfast, as per our flight schedule, we fly to Nepalgunj. After an hour we reach the Nepalgunj Airport. We drive for approximately 2 hours and reach Thakurdwar which is the main village of Bardia National Park in the mid-western region of Nepal. After arriving at the hotel in the evening we explore Tharu lifestyle and culture. DAY 3 : WALKING SAFARI AND JEEP SAFARI After breakfast, we take a walk around the Karnali riverbank for approximately 2-3 hours. Karnali-Babai River and their small tributaries in Bardia National Park shelters 125 recorded species of fish, a small population of gharials, 23 reptile and amphibian species. After lunch, in the day time, we go for a jeep safari to enjoy the natural vegetation and wildlife. The Bardia National Park is home to at least 53 mammals including rhinoceros, wild elephant, Bengal tiger, swamp deer, and Gangetic dolphin. Overnight at the jungle resort; DAY 4 : JUNGLE SAFARI AND RAFTING Early morning after breakfast we go for jungle safari exploring the flora and fauna of the park. If lucky we might spot Bengal tiger and many other endangered species. In the evening we go for rafting at the Karnali River where we get to observe dolphin and Ghariyal crocodiles, and several species of the birds. Overnight at the resort; DAY 5 : BIRD WATCHING AND EXPLORE THE VILLAGE Early in the morning, we go for bird watching. The national park shelters 407 species of birds, among them we might get to see Bengal florican, white-rumped vulture, peafowl, and bar-headed geese, and many more. We also explore the surrounding village, interact with local people and explore the Tharu culture with lifestyle up close. In the evening, we observe the cultural program organized by the Tharu community. Overnight at the resort; DAY 6 : DRIVE TO KATHMANDU We depart from Bardia National Park and return to Kathmandu. Following the winding roads and enjoying the Terai landscapes, we reach Kathmandu after approximately 10 hours of drive. Overnight at Kathmandu; DAY 7 : DEPARTURE Depending on your flight time you will be transferred to the airport. The airport check-in time is 3 hours prior to the departure.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. You can rest and relax or explore the vibrant city of Kathmandu on your own. Day 2: Fly to Pokhara and drive to Kagbani (2804m) Today, you will take a scenic flight to Pokhara and then drive to Jomsom, which is the starting point of the trek. From Jomsom, you will drive to Kagbeni, a small village on the banks of the Kali Gandaki River. Day 3: Trek to Chele (3,050m) You will start the trek from Kagbeni and trek along the Kali Gandaki River towards the village of Tangbe. From Tangbe, the trail climbs up to a ridge and descends to the village of Chele. Day 4: Trek to Syangboche (3,800m) Today's trek is relatively steep and challenging, as you climb up to the Taklam La Pass (3,624m) and descend to the village of Samar. From Samar, you will trek to the village of Syangboche, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Day 5: Trek to Ghami (3,520m) The trail today takes you through several traditional Mustangi villages, including Chungsi and Ghiling, before reaching the village of Ghami. Day 6: Trek to Tsarang (3,560m) Today's trek takes you through barren landscapes, deep gorges, and high mountain passes, before reaching the village of Tsarang, which is known for its ancient monasteries and palace. Day 7: Trek to Lo Manthang (3,840m) Today, you will reach the highlight of the trek, the ancient walled city of Lo Manthang. You will trek along a high plateau, which offers stunning views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks. Day 8: Explore Lo Manthang and its surroundings You will spend today exploring the ancient city of Lo Manthang, which is home to several ancient monasteries, palaces, and chortens. You can also visit the Chhosser cave monastery, which is one of the most significant Buddhist pilgrimage sites in the Mustang region. Day 9: Trek back to Ghami After spending some time in Lo Manthang, you will trek back to the village of Ghami, following a different route. Day 10: Trek to Samar (3,660m) You will trek back through the villages of Tsarang, Ghiling, and Chungsi, before reaching the village of Samar. Day 11: Trek to Kagbeni Today's trek takes you back to Kagbeni, where you can explore the village and visit the ancient Kag Chode Thupten Samphel Ling Monastery. Day 12: Trek to Jomsom You will trek back to Jomsom, which marks the end of the Upper Mustang Trek. Day 13: Fly back to Pokhara You will take a morning flight from Jomsom to Pokhara and spend the rest of the day exploring the lakeside city of Pokhara. Day 14: Fly or drive back to Kathmandu You will either take a flight or drive back to Kathmandu, depending on your preference. Day 15: Departure from Kathmandu Your memorable Upper Mustang Trek comes to an end today as you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.

Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu Let's get ready for your arrival in Kathmandu! Our team member will be waiting for you at Tribhuvan International Airport. We'll take you on a tour of the city, give you a taste of the culture at a dinner and show, and brief you on your trek and itinerary. Let's go explore Kathmandu! Day 2: Sightseeing in Kathmandu Beginning with a warm, delicious breakfast, you will start exploring the amusing Kathmandu. As the city is home to 7 UNESCO world heritage sites along with its cultural and historical monuments, we roam with the intention to cover as many of them as possible. While taking a tour, you will surely feel the meaning of the phrase “guests are equivalent to god” come to life. The night will be spent in a hotel. Day 3: Kathmandu to Birethanthi Our first destination is Pokhara, we will leave early in the morning through small villages accompanied by the Trishuli river. After reaching Pokhara drive to Nayapul begins. You will hike towards Birethanti. At the hotel of Birethanti, we rest for the night. Day 4: Birethanthi to Ulleri This is the start of our trek to Annapurna base camp. Followed by the Burugdi river that leads us to Tikhedhuga. After stopping for lunch at Tikhedhuga, ascending through the hillside and stone staircase with beautiful terrace framing, you reach Ulleri. We spend the night in a guesthouse in Ulleri. Day 5: Ulleri to Ghoprepani Our trek continues as we head to Ghorepani from Ulleri. Traversing through rhododendron forests full of colorful blooms in spring, we reach Ghorepani. Ghorepani offers a magnificent view of pristine mountain ranges like Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Hiunchuli, Machhapucchare, and Lamjung. Overnight stay at Ghorepani. Day 6: Hike to Poonhill Poohill is considered the most beautiful viewpoint of the entire trek offering golden sunrise striking the pristine mountain ranges. Our trek to Poohill starts early in the morning. After about 50 minutes hike, we will be at the top. Followed by the mesmerizing view of the sunrise, you will continue to trek toward Tadapani through the rhododendron forest and the green meadows. We will spend our night in the guesthouse. Day 7: Trek to chhomorong Along with magnificent views of Annapurna south and Machhapuchre (Mt. Fishtail) trail. You will head for Chhomrong. on our way, we will reach the Ghurjung River. on the bank of this river, there is a valley from where ascending through rocky trails, you reach Chhomrong. This village is home to Gurung. A majestic view of Annapurna South (7,219 m) and Mount Fishtail 6,993 m/ 22942.91 ft makes Chhomroong a truly remarkable place. We will rest overnight in the guesthouse. Day 8: Trek to Dovan Before moving towards Dovan, we trek down to the Chhomroong River. To enter the Annapurna region, you move through a rocky trail followed by a short climb to Sinwa. This will take about 3 hours. Then we walk down the Modi River. From here, to reach Dovan, you will climb for a while. After completing the trek, we indulge in a warm dinner and rest in a guesthouse. Day 9: Climb to Deurali Through small villages via a popular local route that leads us to Deurali, our trail takes us to higher altitudes, so, you will start to trek slowly to stay on the safer side and avoid altitude sickness. After the climb to the hamlet of Himalaya ascending, you reach the Hinku cave. From there, after approximately 5 hours of walking, we arrive at our destination, Deurali, and spend the night in a guesthouse. Day 10: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp Through Fishtail base camp, slowly ascending up, the trail will lead us to a snowfield that meanders around the edge of the glacier leading us to the Annapurna Base Camp. We rest at base camp, enjoying the panoramic view of stunning snow-capped mountains. The day ends in a cosy guesthouse and savory dinner. Day 11: Trek down to Sinuwa This is going to e a relaxing day of the trek. Slowly admiring the view of the trail, we reach Bambooforest after the golden sunrise, which will leave you mesmerized. Then trekking for a while, you will arrive at a small yet beautiful settlement, Sinuwa. After the completion of the trek we rest in a hotel. Day 12: Trek back to Jhinu Danda The day starts like usual with a warm breakfast. In order to reach Jhinu danda, we pass through Sinuwa, which takes approximately around 45 minutes. In Sinuwa, we take off our stress a bit in a natural hot spring located there before continuing to move towards Jhinu danda. We will be staying in Jhinu danda for the night. Day 13: Jhinu to Pokhara The day has a short trek down to Nayapul and then a drive to one of the most famous tourist attractions of Nepal, Pokhara. Pokhara being the beautiful city it is, generously blessed with lakes and mountains, will never fail to stun you. It will be up to you to either explore Pokhara or take a rest. We will stay in a hotel for the night. Day 14: Drive to Kathmandu We need to gather our belongings and get ready to leave for Kathmandu. Our team will be on hand to make sure everything is packed and ready to go. We should plan for a 6-7 hour drive and make sure we have snacks and drinks for the journey. When we arrive, we should check in to our hotel and take some time to rest and explore the city. Day 15: Departure We will take action to ensure your safe transfer to Tribhuvan International airport. We will help you with check-out procedures from the hotel and check-in procedures at the airport to make sure you arrive at the airport on time.

10. From Kathmandu: 16-Day Manaslu Circuit Trek

Day 1 ARRIVAL Welcome to Nepal! We will be preset right at the arrival section of Tribhuvan International airport to pick you up and transfer you to the hotel, where our typical warm Nepali dinner will be waiting for you to devour. Day 2 SIGHT SEEING KATHMANDU To give you a feels of what living in the capital feels like, we will arrange a short tour around Kathmandu. We will be visiting 7 Unesco world heritage sites, experiencing vivid food and culture throughout the day, and returning back to our hotel. Day 3 KATHMANDU TO SOTI KHOLA At Sotikhola, our actual Manaslu circuit trek begins. To begin with, we go to Arughat in a van or jeep, then to Budi Gandaki valley walking through the hydroelectricity project, fields of rice and millet, and Maltar. Then trekking through a narrow trail to Arkhet Khola, our destination, Sotikhola, greets us. Day 4 SOTI KHOLA TO MACHHAKHOLA Sotikhola to Machhakhola - boasts the magnificent Ganesh Himal. After breakfast with an aim to arrive at Machhakhola, we trek from Sotikhola to Labubesi, which is a Gurung village situated at an altitude of (880 m / 2887.14 ft), leading us to Machhakhola ( 990 m / 2952.76ft) and relieve our stress in a guesthouse. Day 5 MACHHAKHOLA TO JAGAT On our way to Jagat, a natural hot spring, Tatopani comes into sight, we relax there for a bit to destress our muscles. First, we trek to Khoralbesi, then through dense forests, Dovan greets us. Below Dovan, there is the divine Budi Gandaki river. From here, walking for a while gets us to Jagat, a pretty village. Day 6 JAGAT TO DENG After leaving Jagat not so far, Salleri welcomes us with mesmerizing view of Shringi Himal ( 7187 m/ 23579.4 ft) followed by Sirdibas. Then you will walk past beautiful Gurung villages, fields of millet, and landscapes leading to Deng. Today’s Manaslu circuit trek trail is rougher and rocky, so it will be 7 hours long. Day 7 DENG TO NAMRUNG In today’s 7-hour walk on the Manaslu circuit trek, we pass through the Budi Gandaki river, luscious forest, Mani, and Gompas, which will leave you mesmerized. First, you reach beautiful Prok village that has a breathtaking view of Singri Himal. From pork enjoying the scene around us, we arrive at Namrung and stay there for the night. Namrung is a beautiful village with picturesque views and intact stone houses. Day 8 NAMRUNG TO SYALA Today’s trek will be short that is about 3 to 4 hours. Just like Namrung Syala is also a beautiful village blessed with nature’s grace, it offers you a 360-degree panoramic view of beautiful landscapes and greenery. Enjoying the view around and a warm dinner, we will rest in a guesthouse. Day 9 SYALA TO SAMAGAON After an easy hike for approximately 4 hours, Samagon greets us. Upon our arrival there, we will explore Ribung Gompa, other majestic snow-capped mountains, and glaciers. Day 10 SAMAGAON TO SAMDO After breakfast on today’s day of the Manaslu circuit trek, the trail moves towards Samdo through beautiful sceneries of forests, rivers, and small but pretty stone huts at Kemo Kharka via Chholing Gompa. Marching forward from Kemo Kharka, the paths get rougher leading to divine Budi Gandaki. We trek for 5 hours on this day and rest at Samdo. Day 11 SAMDO TO DHARAMSALA (LARKEPHEDI ) Today’s trek will be approximately 5 hours long. After breakfast, first, you cross the Budi Gandaki river through a wooden bridge followed by Larkya Glacier. The trail to Dharamsala is beautified by rivers, fields, and picturesque villages. Day 12 DHARAMSLA TP BHIMTANG Today’s trek is also about 5 hours long but comparatively more difficult as the trail gets rougher. We will first get to a valley that lies on the north of Larkya Glacier and flaunts a majestic view of Larkya peak, followed by moraine and a beautiful grassy slope. After this, you will cross the Larkya La pass (5100 m / 16732.28 ft), leading us to Tauhuche. Then we walk further ahead and reach Bhimtang village. Day 13 BHIMTANG TO TILIJE After breakfast, we head to Tilje, enjoying walking past mesmerizing glacier stream. The easy walk of 5 hours long from Bhimtang to Tilje alongside beautiful rhododendron forests, narrow valleys, and green fields is eye-pleasing. In order to reach Tilje, you first pass Karachi, then Gho, and finally be at Tilje, where you will accommodate for the night. Day 14 TILIJE TO BESI SAHAR On this day of the Manaslu circuit trek, we first walk for a few hours and then drive in a jeep. Through stone-paved paths, beautiful scenic villages, and freshwater rivers, Dharapani greets you from where we drive by jeep to Besi Sahar through the bumpy but stunning path. Day 15 BESI SAHAR TO KATHMANDU After breakfast, the trek continues; you will drive to Kathmandu, admiring the view of the Trishuli river, Marshyangdi river, rice fields, colorful valleys, terrace farms, and majestic snow-covered mountains. A delicious dinner will be waiting for you at the hotel, where you will accommodate for the night.
