Join this guided tour of the beautiful town of Trani, often called the pearl of the Adriatic sea and a city known for its 19th century architecture and medieval art.
The tour begins with a visit to the Swabian-Angevin-Aragonese castle built by Frederick II of Swabia on the Adriatic Sea. From the castle, the tour continues to the magnificent Cathedral of Trani, one of the most beautiful and evocative Romanesque-style cathedrals in Apulia, which stands towering over the sea.
After enjoying the beauty of the cathedral, visit the medieval Jewish quarter, built in all-white stone, as well as two synagogues along the way: the Scola Nova and the Scola Grande.
The tour ends with a leisurely walk along the tourist port in old town.
