We had to book a transfer because we were arriving at 2am and there were no trains or buses available. It is much more expensive, but there were no other options. However, everything went very smoothly. Our driver was there waiting for us with our names on a sign, he spoke English, he was friendly, the car was modern and clean, and he drove us to the door of our accommodation (which was excellent at that time of morning!)

Just some quick feedback you may want to use to improve further your transport service partners efficiency. I directly communicated with them and told them to use this format to make it easier for customers to add them in WhatsApp and LINE: “in that case you may need to revise instructions in the service voucher so customers will easily understand how to add on WhatsApp and LINE” You may contact us on: WhatsApp: +81 80-3446-9966 LINE: cherrytomatojapan My suggestion is to make adding the service provider in the messaging apps mandatory or a requirement so that provider can remind customers to be on time for pickup and in case of an emergency needing direct communication between parties. It would also be very helpful if your transport service provide could possibly inform us ahead of time that we’ll have to pick up other customers for a shared ride so expectations are managed. Some tweaks and reviews of processes will always go a long way.

The trip was excellent and the driver was very polite. The only recommendation I have is to explicitly describe that the driver is waiting at the gate with a Cherry Tomato sign. The telephone number for emergiancies was not answered which is not strange in my view. The email I sent was answered immediately which is excellent.
