Start your day by taking the morning ferry from Tórshavn, a 2 hour scenic journey. Sail past the islands of Sandoy, Skúvoy, Stóra Dímun and Lítla Dímun before you reach Suðuroy. Upon arrival in Tvøroyri harbour on Suðuroy, you will embark on a journey to see the island end to end. From the most beautiful southern point of the Faroe Islands, Akrabyrgi to the most northerly village, Sandvík. On the way you will see other charming villages, some steeped in ancient Viking history.
