We had an excellent day touring Toledo! The bus was easy to find outside of Ventas station, and the ride to the city was lovely with gorgeous views of Toledo. I will admit that I booked this tour on a whim and was very uneducated about Toledo, so it was fascinating to learn about and see such a rich medieval city. Unfortunately I can’t remember our guide’s name but she was amazing! Very educated and effortlessly switched between English and Spanish so everyone was included. My friend and I got the package with the 7 monuments + wine tasting. Love seeing Spanish monuments because of their rich mix of Muslim, Jewish, and catholic influences. The wine tasting was so fun as well, and it was great to take a break from the strong sun to enjoy local wines. I was nervous for this tour because I didn’t want to be stuck in a different city all day having no fun, but it was a wonderful way to spend the last day of our vacation! The total package is definitely fair for €67 as well.

First, the meeting point wasn't very clear, so when a group of us gathered around a bus that seemed to be the one (it had a very small sign), the bus driver inside didn't say a word to us and left us in the rain just to move to another location down the road. We would've appreciated it if the bus driver pointed out where to gather at least. Second, the first tour guide, Lydia, was very nice and very helpful since my friend and I lost the map, and she contacted us (after I went to the tourist center) to confirm the missing information I had on the map. The second guide, Maria, was very nice as well, since she was the one to point out the location of the tourist center after the Express tour. The tour itself, around the city, was historically informative. The wine tasting part was the most educational and fun experience we had. We definitely learned a lot in a short period of time. Definitely recommend!

David was an excellent tour guide, though doing the tour in Spanish and English sounded really tiring for him. We really enjoyed his curating and knowledge. There's lots of things to see and do in Toledo, so it was a busy day. Be prepared for lots of walking and lots of crowds. Overall, it was a beautiful city and we saw lots of beautiful things!
