If you're not keen on traveling with heavy baggage or storing your bags in a locker, don't miss this luggage delivery service when planning your trip to Japan.
Send your luggage from Haneda airport to your hotel. Hotels located within Tokyo's 23 main wards and in the Maihama (Tokyo Disney) area are eligible for this service. Just drop your luggage off at the airport counter by 3:00 PM. Your luggage will arrive at the hotel by 6:00 PM.
You can also send your luggage in the other direction, from your hotel to the airport. Drop your luggage off at the hotel's front desk by 9:00 AM. The local partner will collect it from the hotel staff and send it directly to the airport counter. The luggage will be ready for you to claim at the airport after 4:00 PM. If your departure requires you to have your luggage before 4:00 PM, it is recommended that you send your luggage one day prior.

Please drop off your luggage at the Airporter counter at terminal 3, where you will receive a tag from the counter staff. Please fill in the transaction number and attach it to your luggage. The staff will look after the luggage until the driver arrives. To access Terminal 3 from Terminals 1 and 2, take the free shuttle bus which runs every 4 minutes. Please keep in mind the below transit times between terminals. Terminal 1 to Terminal 3: Approximately 5 minutes Terminal 2 to Terminal 3: Approximately 8 minutes
