    Full description
    Paddle along Lake Balaton and experience Tihany National Park from the water. After you have checked in at the reception desk, you will receive your SUP board, a paddle, and a life-jacket, if you need one. Your guide will help you choose your board, and will make sure it is suited to your level of experience, size and weight. Enjoy a peaceful tour, as you paddle slowly across the water and spot wildlife among the reeds. Feel free to chat with friends, or simply relax in the serene landscape. If it is warm enough, take a break and go for a swim, or just lie back on your board. Depending on the wind (usually there is none) and your level of experience, you will paddle approximately 3 kilometers before turning around and finishing your enjoyable tour at the same location you took off from.

    The SUP Center is situated in the family resort Club Tihany, about 200 meters from the ferry at the tip of the Tihany Peninsula. At the entrance of Club Tihany, tell the guards that you are coming for a SUP tour and show them your voucher. Drive into the holiday resort, pass the hotel building and turn right. Right before the yacht club you will see the entrance to the beach on your left hand side, marked with a flag. This is how you will know you have found the right place.

    Very fun activity. Nice to see the sun go down like this. It is a pity that the photographers, who went on a pedal boat, had more eye for their own girlfriends, and therefore took few pictures of the other participants. Bring a bottle of water and possibly your own mobile phone to take pictures (in a special waterproof bag)
