The first stop on this full-day tour will be a visit to the Library of Alexandria (depending on the day), the biggest library in the world. Now housing 8 million books, you can visit its open court to see the statues of Alexander the Great and Ptolemy the First keeping watch over the library.    The car will then whisk you off to the Church of St. Mark, the oldest church in Africa. Then, continue on to the old downtown of Alexandria where you can walk through traditional markets where everything and anything is sold. Day 1 You will be picked up from your accommodation and driven to Cairo train station, where you will board an overnight train to Luxor.  Day 2 Upon arrival in Luxor in the early morning, a representative will greet you and take you to a 4-star hotel to have some rest until the hot air balloon time. Enjoy a hot air balloon ride to watch the sun come up over the archaeological sites of Luxor. Next, head to the west bank of Luxor to visit the Valley of the Kings. Here you will explore the 3 most important tombs and see the walls full of hieroglyphs.  Your guide will then take you to the most important temple of the complex, the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut. The temple consists of three floors with open balconies built of limestone, with statues of the god Osiris and Queen Hatshepsut. Fero was an amazing tour guide and a great person too. He explained to me what was happening when it was in Arabic and he pointed out sites on the cruise too. He was also very fun and enjoyable to be around too. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice excursion, visit of all the sites announced in the program with (in addition) the possibility of being able to go to the other side of the bank by boat on the Nile. Professional and friendly guide.

We had a fun evening, with great shows and a good buffet. The ship did laps on the Nile all evening, was nice too. We also had a very friendly guide, her name is Nevin. Also the driver Ahmad great.

The minibus driver Mohammed was brilliant, very kind and funny. Smiley the guide was also brilliant, great knowledge and fantastic attitude and a genuine joy in what he was doing
