1. Barbados: Bath to Bathsheba Run or Hike
This activity begins at Bath Beach and can be done as a leisurely hike or sporty run. Follow Bath Trail, which was once the route trains took from Bridgetown to Belleplaine in the 1800s, and take in stunning views of the coast. End in Bathsheba, an East Coast fishing village, and named after Bathsheba, the wife of King David. Admire even more breathtaking views of wide white sand beaches that stretch along a dramatic coastline of striking rock formations. Watch as the Atlantic rollers break in cascades of foam. Be prepared for terrain that varies quite significantly and at times makes this route fairly challenging, but more than memorable.
