This was an excellent tour, and a wonderful way to see another side of Tbilisi. Our tour guide, Khatuna was brilliant - friendly and welcoming, and full of knowledge and good humour, and it really was a privilege to take this tour with her. It also gives a deeper perspective on Tbilisi to exploring some of its concrete wonders from Soviet times, and discover unexpected beauty and discover more about the lives of Tbilisi citizens through this period. Though not concrete, the Chronicles of Georgia monument really is spectacular, and is well worth being shown around by someone so knowledgeable as our brilliant guide for the morning.

The tour is highly recommended. We went with an air-conditioned car to a very good selection of brutalist (Soviet) buildings in Tbilisi. We explored the places interactively and received really interesting information. Both our guide and driver were knowledgeable and friendly. There was always time to answer individual questions and snap exciting photos. TOP TOUR!

The tour was about five hours long and was half driving, half walking. We were driven from one sight to the next and got out each time, got an explanation and had enough time to take pictures and explore. Our favorite sight was the “stonehenge” on top of a hill. It is an incredibly photogenic sight, and hardly any people are there. Super cool! The tour really gives you a good look at the real life in Tbilisi, away from the tourist hot spots. Very educational and interesting for people who are interested in soviet architecture and getting off the besten path. Our guides were Alex and Alexiv, both very nice guys who were polite, patient and spoke english very well.
