In the morning your driver meets you at your accommodation in Tbilisi and your snow adventure begins. On the way to Gudauri resort you take a short stop at the Jvari monastery. Then, continue your trip past the impressive Ananuri fortress and Jinvali water reservoir that provides a nice location for a photo stop on the way. Afterwards, drive on to Gudauri Ski Resort, located 120 km North from Tbilisi. This is a young and rapidly developing winter sports resort. Skiing season here lasts from December to April. Gudauri has 54km of routes suitable for pro-riders and beginners. Even if you do not like to ski, you can find something to do at this destination: paragliding, snow boarding, snow bicycles or building snowmen! You can enjoy your free time at the ski resort and when the ski lift is closed (5:00PM) your driver will take you back to Tbilisi.

The first stop of the day will be in Surami, where you will have the opportunity to taste a famous freshly-baked Nazuqi (sweet bread baked in an oven), which is a morning must-have for local Georgians. Continue on the tour to the Martvili district, one of the most gorgeous places in Georgia, combining different unique natural environments. You will be shocked with brilliant scenery, sensational waterfalls, and a boat trip in the river which possesses a deep-green color. You can board a boat with a boatman and he will take you on an unforgettable journey between the high rocks in the canyon. You will also have the chance to have lunch (by request) and try out traditional Georgian dishes. Get your camera ready for Kumistavi (Prometheus Cave), which is the biggest cave in Georgia. After departing from Tbilisi to Kazbegi early in the morning, you will travel 160 kilometers along the Georgian Military Road. This famous road runs between Tbilisi, Georgia and Vladikavkaz, Russia, and on the way, there are some very interesting places to visit. You will begin by visiting Sabaduri Forest, a place which is breathtaking and is reminiscent of scenery from a children's fairy tale. Afterwards, you will reach the Ananuri Fortress, a 16th-century castle complex on the Aragvi River. The fortress stands beside the famous Georgian Military Highway, overlooking a large Jinvali lake. Its high, turreted stone walls protect two churches, a watchtower, and a reservoir. The main church facade is beautifully carved with animal, floral and Celtic style patterns. Your next stop will be Gudauri, a remarkable ski resort in Georgia. The resort is at the altitude of 2,200 meters-above-sea-level, and offers high-quality skiing opportunities between December and April. In Gudauri, you can enjoy beautiful views, ski, or glide up the mountain with the cable car to a height of almost 1,000 feet. Adrenaline seekers can even try paragliding.

Start the day with pickup from your hotel in Tbilisi and then head to Jinali, the largest reservoir of eastern Georgia. Marvel at the stunning landscape of the scene and then travel to the fortress of Ananuri, which is one of the best monuments of late feudal Georgia. The impressive fortress provides and interesting insight into how the people lived in that long-ago time, and from your guide, learn about how this period of history influenced the country. The Ananurian structures at the fortress are perfectly preserved, unlike other similar historic structures. This feature evokes interest in the fortress of both tourists and historians, and since 2012 the fortress has held the status of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After the fortress, enjoy a lunch break at a nearby restaurant, or opt for a tasting of the traditional Georgian Khinkali. Following lunch, head to Gudauri, a ski resort situated on a south-facing plateau of the greater Caucasus Mountain. After wandering around the resort, discover the People's Friendship Arch, a creation of the famous sculptor Tsereteli. The Arch was built at an altitude of 2,384 meters in the Kazbegi district, on the cross pass near the Military Georgian Road. Next, visit the Stepantsminda Trinity Church in Gergeti, built on the slopes of the majestic Kazbek Mountain, among the snow-covered ranges. The church is located at an altitude of 2,170 meters near the town of Stepantsminda and the village of Gergeti and provides stunning views across the snow. Towards the end of your tour, enjoy dinner in a Gudauri restaurant before heading back to your accommodation in Tbilisi.

Begin your journey early in the morning at 8:00 AM, as your driver picks you up from your hotel in Tbilisi to transfer you to Kutaisi. The road to Kutaisi (the second biggest city in Georgia) will take you over the Rikoti Pass, and through the longest tunnel in Georgia (1,722 meters). On the way to Kutaisi, stop in Surami and taste famous freshly baked Nazuqi (sweet bread baked in an oven). Then, arrive in Kutaisi City, where you will have the option for lunch (by request), before continuing your way to Okatse Canyon. Okatse Canyon is one of the most popular canyons in Georgia and is divided into two upper and lower sections. Extreme sports lovers can ride a boat along the canyon from the upper section, which leads to a waterfall falling from a height of about 12 meters. The walls of the canyon are covered with moss, and you can also view lianas which grow along the length of the entire canyon. Following the canyon, your next stop is to the town of Tskhaltubo, where you will discover one of the most interesting caves in Georgia, Prometheus Cave. There, walk through a 1.5-kilometer-long tunnel whilst enjoying breathtaking views of stalactites, stalagmites, petrified waterfalls, underground rivers, and lakes along the cave. Following your excursion, you will have the option to stop for dinner, before being dropped off back to your hotel in either Kutaisi or Tbilisi.

In the morning, meet your guide at your hotel before driving to the north-east of Georgia. Visit Jvari Monastery, an early medieval age church (VI-VII centuries) which was built on the top of the hill where St. Nino erected a wooden cross in the 4th century. The church overlooks the confluence of two rivers and amazes its visitors with its beautiful facades and geographical locations. Then, travel along the Great Caucasus Mountains. You will also visit Ananuri castle complex (14-18cc) a medieval architectural complex which unites two churches, several towers, and defense walls. See beautiful frescos, facades, and views over the Jinvali reservoir. Afterwards, drive to Gudauri, a famous winter resort surrounded by Great Caucasus mountain peaks. After being collected from your hotel in the morning, you will venture to Jinvali, which is the largest reservoir of eastern Georgia. Following this, you will head toward the fortress of Ananuri, which is one of the best monuments of late feudal Georgia, and although there are not so few of these monuments in Georgia, it is Ananuri that helps people understand exactly how people lived at that distant time. Ananurian structures, unlike other similar cultures, are perfectly preserved. This particular feature evokes interest in the fortress of both tourists and historians, and since 2012, the fortress has the status of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is located at an altitude of 2,170 meters near the town of Stepantsminda and the village of Gergeti, in honor of which it was named. It is widely known as the Trinity Church in Gergeti, but the Georgians refer to it as "Gergetis Tsminda Sameba". Following this church trip, you will have free time in Kazbegi, before you are dropped off at your accommodation.

Early in the morning, the car will pick you up from wherever you’re staying in Tbilisi. Cycling starts from Akhaltsikhe castle ruins (new castle in translation) through the old Kartli region villages 50 km west from Tbilisi. Route goes up stream of Tedzami river. After crossing a little narrow wooden bridge you’ll pass magnificent Drisi Castle hanging from above. Back on the road you'll follow river and cross it several times before entering Algeti National Park. Algeti National Park is located in the Tetritskaro district. It comprises the southern slopes of the eastern area of Trialeti mountain range in the Algeti river gorge and is located at an altitude of 1,100-1,950 m above sea level. Cross one more water stream and you'll find yourself in Rkoni village. This is where the road ends and the route follows a trail to the ancient Rkoni monastery complex (VII century) and old stone bridge. The monastery was built at first in VII century and during following centuries the architecture of the complex was renovated and changed several times in XIII-XIV and XVII-XVIII cc. You can view Rkoni castle defence wall on the other side of canyon. On the way back, the route follows a different path, ascending to low Green mountain pass (1030m). From the highest point  one can find beautiful views over the river Mtkvari gorge, and in good weather even the high range of Great Caucasus. Afterwards, descend to the ending point of cycling tour. On your way to and from the Rkoni complex you'll be able to admire old churches and remains of fortification buildings.

10. Off Road Cycling to Mount Kazbegi

Early in the morning, the car will pick you up from wherever you're staying in Tbilisi and drive you to the Kazbegi region through the Georgian military highway. First stop will be at Ananuri fortress (14th—18th century). The fortress stands beside the famous Georgian Military Highway overlooking a beautiful Jinvali lake, with a picturesque landscape. Ananuri architectural complex belonged to the house of the Eristavi of Aragvi - a violent local ruler. The characteristic architectural design of the late medieval period includes a fortress, 2 churches, an old watch tower, prison, and civic buildings. Its high, turreted stone walls protect two churches, a watch tower and a reservoir. The main church facade is beautifully carved with animal, floral and Celtic style patterns. Further along the road you will pass Gudauri ski resort before ascending to a beautiful mountain pass (Jvari Pass). The 4WD car will drive you up to Juta village 25 km from the town of Stepantsminda. Juta village is a remote high mountain village (2200m) with views of the gorgeous Chokhi mountains (3842m highest peak). From the village you'll bike down through Sno river valley which is surrounded by high mountains. You'll pass Old villages, towers, waterfalls. On the way to the village of Stepantsminda, admire the unforgettable view of mount Kazbeg (5.033 m). The ride ends in Stepantsminda at the foot of mount Kazbeg. There you can choose to continue cycling up to the Gergeti Trinity Church (XIV c). The ride contains 6 km challenge of riding up to the altitude 2.300 m (difference in altitude 400 m). Gergeti Trinity Church (XII-XIV) century’s monument erected on the southern slopes of Kazbegi mountain. From one side of the church you can explore the summit of Mount Kazbegi and from the other side, you can take in the wonderful views of the river Tergi Gorge and the surrounding areas. Gergeti Trinity Church is an important temple and remarkable for its beautiful scenery. If the members of the group find it difficult to cycle up Gergeti Trinity Church they could be provided with 4WD car to drive up there (optional).
