This is the 2nd time I have booked a tour with Gamarjoba and again I had a wonderful time. Both our professional guide Zura and our driver Gia definitely made the experience unforgettable. The trip was not just about the historical and beautiful places we’ve visited but the warmth and hospitality they have shown. I most definitely enjoyed our lunch; dining with strangers is an enjoyable way to connect with people. I definitely felt like I was on a tour with friends during the trip. It was once again another trip to remember!
Perfectly planned trip, special shout-out to Sophie for going out of her way to make sure we enjoyed the trip in the most convenient way possible. Also, props to our tour guide Alex and the driver Mitchell for showing us around the caves and the canyon, and keeping us informed about the different spots we visited during the trip.
Lots of road, which allows to observe different types of landscapes, houses, urban centers. The waterfall and the canoe ride are refreshing. Only regret, the visit of the cave is done at a run with a local guide who favors Russian to English. Special mention to our driver Gudja, ultra devoted.
Its a pretty long drive, 4.5 hours one way. But i wanted to see this place as i didnt include it during my last visit. The boat ride at the Canyon was amazing. Out guide Giorgi always kept us entertained throughout the drive and was keen to explain everything as we drove past it.
The Prometheus Cave is an extraordinary natural wonder. Perfectly prepared for tourists. A must-see during your stay in Georgia.
