On our last night in Georgia we took a wonderful cooking class with Shorena making the tasty cuisine we experienced over the past 3 weeks: khinkali, khachapuri, mcadi, eggplant pkhali, etc. I love how our guides, Mariam and Beka, helped us pair the different foods together to make even more delicious combinations! We also just enjoyed the conversation and learning more about everyday life in Georgia. Shorena's home was a beautiful setting as we made khinkali surrounded by grape vines and plum trees. It was the best way to end our stay in Georgia and we even brought some leftover khachapuri to heat up the next morning.

Being a lover of Georgian food and trying to cook Georgian food many times (with no success) I thought I would try my first ever cooking class, this class was great! the tour guides were very nice and made us feel very comfortable and at ease during the cooking class, the food was great, and obviously so was the wine, I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to learn how to cook Georgian food,

I spent time with Shorena and Beka on this trip. They are wonderful host and made me feel at home. Beka is very engaging. He told me about wine history, Georgian music, and dance. Shorena is an amazing cook. We made 5-6 wonderful dishes. I highly recommend this tour.

Well organized trip to local family, with super friendly guide who actually became a friend of us in the process :) Plus our food tasted great and the process of making it was designed in a fun way
