I booked online for the Plaszow and Schindler factory tour on a recent visit to Krakow. The weather was bad on the original day of booking so they messaged me to recommend a swap which we did. On the tour day we were met by Paulina who is an incredible young, enthusiastic and knowledgeable lady. She was polite, friendly and passionate about her local area and its fascinating history. Her English was top of the class and explanations during parts both informative and interesting. She even avoided us joining the queue for the factory tour. Hopefully one day I will come back to Krakow and will call on the services of this great small company again with out a doubt. Customer friendly and helpful and kept me informed and up to date regularly. Don't hesitate to use them yourself as like me you won't regret doing so. James Connor 11 Sept 2022

Chris our driver was great. He picked us up from the hotel on time and drove us safely to Krakow, stopping once for a comfort break. Chris gave us a map and suggested a route to walk around the town. At Auschwitz he escorted us to the front of the queue prior to the tour starting. He was waiting in his car after the tour and again drove us safely back to the hotel.

Excellent guide around the Jewish quarters, learning many many interesting facts. We then had an hour in the factory. I absolutely love riding in the tuk tuk. Such an excellent way to explore the city.

Very good trip. Was expecting the mine floors to be rough but simple walking. Great setup at the mines.

the trip is highly recommended.the driver arrived on time.the company is most reliiable.
