Tours depart daily from Hobart and local accommodation. Relax and enjoy this fully inclusive experience showcasing the best of Bruny Island. Try cheeses, oysters, fudge, premium wines, honey and mead. Meet some of the island’s artisan producers, people who put their energy and spirit into handcrafting these renowned products. Stop for a delicious lunch at Pennicott’s beachside restaurant with sweeping views of Adventure Bay.  Throughout the day you'll see incredible scenery. At The Neck, see the narrow isthmus stretch away south in graceful curves. Take a stroll and leave your footprints in the sand of a deserted beach. The light bush of the northern island gives way to the dense rainforest of the south's Mavista Rainforest - a pristine environment home to diverse wildlife including rare white wallabies. Your return ferry crossing departs at 4:30 PM for a 5:00 PM arrival in Kettering, followed by a short 30-minute drive back to Hobart, where hotel drop offs are available on request.

Often a visit to the Tasmanian Tonic Company is in the cards, with a tour of their production and taste of their products that aren't available to the general public. Say goodbye with a farewell drink, a taste of the famous Lark Classic Cask Whisky, at Lark Cellar Door or The Still.

Discover the best of Tasmania's booming whisky distillery scene on this full-day tour. With natural advantages of pure clean mountain water, cool climate conditions and fields of barley and peat, this boutique industry is now being heralded for creating some of the finest single malt whiskys being produced anywhere in the world today. Departing from Hobart, drive through spectacular Tasmanian landscapes from the Coal Valley to the Southern Midlands to the Tasmanian Highlands. Different distilleries will be visited on different days of the week depending on availability, however, a diverse and entertaining experience is guaranteed.    Kick-off your tour with a breakfast whisky upon arrival at the first distillery then enjoy samples of over a dozen different varieties throughout the day, including samples straight from the cask. Stop for lunch at a restaurant serving only the finest seasonal local produce. You will enjoy a guided tour of each of the distilleries and learn all about the brewing process from the distillers themselves.

Day one: Hobart to Strahan Begin your trip with a pick up around 7:00 AM and drive through the Derwent Valley. Travel east to west across the island. See the beautiful Russell Falls, walk among the Mt Field National Park tall trees, and visit Australia’s deepest freshwater lake, Lake St Clair. Explore the pristine Franklin-Gordon Wild River National Park and end the day in Strahan, where you will stay overnight.  Day two: Wild West Coast In the untouched wilderness of Tasmania’s West Coast, explore the shifting sands of Henty Dunes. Then continue into the Tarkine Rainforest and walk to Tasmania’s highest waterfall, Montezuma Falls. Or you can choose to join the world-famous Gordon River Cruise at your own expense. After, take a short drive through Sheffield, the town of murals, to Launceston for your overnight stay.  Day four: Launceston to Hobart This morning, take your transfer through the historic Tasmanian Midlands back to Hobart for 12:30 PM.

Would highly recommend this tour and tour company. The bus was luxury, plush very comfortable. David our guide was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. The luncheon choice was delicious of freshly caught fish and a couple of glasses of sparkling wine. Will look for this tour company on our next trip.

Friendly and knowledgeable guide. Fantastic selection of vineyards showcasing local tassie wines, ciders and beers. Lunch was delicious and cheese was an excellent bonus! Great day out!

Tour guide excellent. Good choice of vineyards and lunch was fantastic. Cheese platter at the last vineyard was appropriate and very tasty. Highly recommend.

This was our second time doing the tour. Last time it was more a Gourmet Tour. It was great to have a mixture of sightseeing and sampling food and wine.

Booked upstairs…Tour was excellent very informative and the lunch provided was fresh Tasmanian produce I didn’t have dinner that night serve was huge
