Full description
Experience an exciting night time activity 4-wheel-driving, with local commentary on nocturnal flora and fauna as you travel. Towards the end of your tour, you will experience glow worms in their natural environment alongside a secluded national park waterfall. Your fully-guided experience from start to finish is all about getting you into the forest to experience something that many have not. This is more than just a glow worm tour, it’s all about seeing the rainforest come to life at night time. After you're picked up from your hotel in a luxurious 4-wheel-drive vehicle, you will travel to the top of Tamborine Mountain via a secluded off-road track. You can gaze up at the starry sky and out over the distant city lights of the Gold Coast as you warm up over a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate and some delicious cake, before setting out for a guided rainforest walk. Your guide will provide insight into the unique plants and animals that call this ancient ecosystem home. After you arrive at Curtis Falls, you will discover a peaceful cascade tucked deep within the forest  within which a colony of glow-worms thrives.

It was EXCELLENT!!! from the pick up to the drop off!! I’m travelling alone and so I thought that maybe a tour like this would give me the chance to meet new people! I - not only met new people but also the tour guide made me feel part of the group! I hate spiders and snakes so this tour was a challenge ‍♀️

    great but not for kids

Loved the tour, the guide was wonderful. But you must rethink your age to do this program. They had two children under the age of approx. 6-7 years old who could not keep quiet to hear the guide, constantly used the flashlight when they should not and one of them fell during the journey. Maybe setting a minimum age to make the tour interesting for the future
