I was picked from my hotel and driven to the office location, the staff at the office were very friendly and warm. Our tour guide was respectful and knowledgeable and was very pleasant. Other travelers were kind and very engaging, we shared our experiences and a bit of history from our native countries, they were patient during the shopping spree at Szentendre and we walked together giving each other courage and compliment.
