Beautiful scenery, very well sung memorable evening.

Excellent experience. Plastic bucket seats remarkably comfortable. Scenery brilliant. Singing very good, building - iconic Audience around me did not heed to request not to photograph during the performance, therefore flashing lights ruined my experience (maybe cruise liner guests could be advised in advance this is forbidden).

The performance matched the grandeur of the building

After our tour of the opera building earlier in the day, it was exciting to see the gorgeous red seats filled and the stage...well, the scenery and costumes were incredible. It was disappointing, however, to learn, on the tour, that it entitled us to a $37 discount on opera tickets. Had we only known!

we expected Carmen but gOt La Traviata but still WOW

WE thought we had actually booked for Carmen but noted that it was for a performance at Sydney Opera House. The performance was :a Traviata and it was the opening night. What a performance, what a soprano , what a tenor and what great seats Thanks

The directions you had given when I purchased the tickets was wonderful. We were able to find the box office easily and had no problem finding our seats. The opera was fabulous.
