Our tour guide was funny and informative, which made the experience great. No hiking involved- all focused on sightseeing and catching the scenic world rides. Overall really enjoyed this trip to see the zoo, leura village, blue mountains scenic world and echo point lookout. However the ferry back was not operating, so we were refunded $10

Featherdale Zoo great for koalas. Otherwise very average. 45 minutes for lunch, too fast in view of the world…we barely had time to eat. Very disappointed by the return announced as a cruise, but it is simply a question of taking the ferry (public transport) which was crowded, we had to wait 1 hour on the quay to be able to take the next ferry…

The Blue Mountains were amazing. We found everything was a little rushed at Leura. We would not have ordered lunch had we known it was going to take 35 minutes when we only had 45 mins in town. There could have been more detailed information about the day and each stop. There was so much to do in Leura which we saw nothing. The rides were amazing but not for the faint hearted; for older people it would have been overwhelming. We had to catch the ferry back from Olympic Park; the crowds were a little hostile and there was no system boarding. There were too many people for ferry. I felt for families with children, some had been waiting for an hour in the cold. Then we were overloaded and only stopped off so people could get off. One lady and her two boys got on and they had been waiting over an hour I know this is out of your control however we felt ‘only the strong survived’. The people that ran the ferry operation were very supportive and very kind.
