Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with this transfer company. We booked our 3 days theme park transfers 5 weeks in advance to our holiday. We then get one confirmation call for the first day but none for the other two. We then get to the gold coast and the second and third day were a mess. We called and they said no we don’t have you in our system after we paid $400 for the transfers. They then said we were going to the airport and wanted our flight details when we told them this wasn’t the case. after many long phone calls they said it was all organised. We get to the bus stop and the driver said nope you’re going to the airport. It was so chaotic and overwhelming not being able to have a good time as we were stressing about the money we had spent and if we were even going to get to the places we have paid for. However, I do thank the driver for being understanding and making sure we got to the theme parks. He was not to blame it was head office messing this all up.

Friendly driver with excellent knowledge of the coast and prompt pick up…definitely recommend!
