The driver was courteous and the transfer was flawless. The tour guide assigned to the group is knowledgeable, kind and made us all comfortable throughout the tour. He gave us a number of useful tips prior to each stop and made the experience fun! The guide ensured that we participated throughout the tour with Q&A byte sessions. The Turkish Carpet presentation included in the tour was held at the Istanbul Handicraft store - it was informative and a sensory experience for us. He even helped us buy the right delicacies at Hafiz Mustafa. We decided to opt out of the Grand Bazaar, and wanted to visit the Basilica Cistern, which was not on the tour - the tour guide helped us with our query of how to get through, what to see and what to avoid en route. It was an excellent half day tour.

The tour was well organized

Our guide explained everything very well in perfect German. The lectures were very interesting and demonstrated a great deal of knowledge that a lot made us understandable. The small group was able to ask any number of questions and was answered comprehensively.
