The meeting point was unclear because the address was a museum and not a contact person on site. The name of the shipping company that can be used was not disclosed when the booking was made. After all, the landing stage and the ship were those of the hop on hop off ship. The provider was not reachable by phone, but the WhatsApp chat function was available, which ultimately provided short-term help.

Good boat tour, only the departure point was difficult to find

The boat tour itself was good. The landing stage at the castle was very difficult to find, since the organizer is not mentioned on the voucher; the pier at Nybroviken was impossible to make out. Neither was mentioned anywhere when the departure times are. The boat was "seated" quite tightly, so that when the boat is well attended, you sit at worst against the direction of travel, knee to knee with your possibly strange counterpart and the sights that are mentioned via the audio guide can only be spotted with difficulty or late , because the guide speaks for the visitors who drive in the direction of travel.
