Unfortunately in the days leading up to and during my visit, Stockholm was experiencing a "topical heatwave" with temperatures above freezing so there wasn't enough snow to go snowshoeing. However, the hike was still fantastic as was our guide, Patrick! We hiked in a lush green national park and even walked across a massive frozen lake which was such a surreal experience. I'll definitely be rebooking with Green Trails for all my adventures in the future.
Fantastic day which will be one of the highlights of my time in Sweden! The guides are amazing, the quality of the equipment is great and I felt safe at all times. The included lunch/snacks were well thought out too. I went with my friend who has never been skating before so it’s great that we could split into different groups based on ability so that everyone could enjoy the day. A must do activity whilst you’re in Stockholm.
Andres was fantastic! He was very flexible to my needs in terms of timing and he was incredibly knowledgeable. He also provided a variety of options for how and where to visit notable areas during the tour. You can tell he thoroughly enjoys providing tours to visitors. Highly recommended!
Very informative and fun day seeing a lot of great sites. Our guide Calle was very engaging and had great answers to all of our questions. I would recommend anyone wanting to see historical Viking sites to take this tour.
