We enjoyed it, Scotland has a certain charm and fascination and we loved the historical stories and the Scottish music the driver played for us. The wet weather prevented us from going on the Loch Lomond cruise due to floods, and our pictures capture a very fogy and wet version of the landscape, although we did manage to catch a couple of minutes of sun here and there. But we still loved it and we'll try to come back on the Trossachs in the summer. The bakery/café recommended by the driver in Aberfoyle was amazing, best bread I've had in the UK in 20 years! Great trip and on a sunny day it should be amazing. One suggestion we'd like to make - allow more time in the nature and village stops, and less time in the Stirling Castle which is rather sparse.
It was excellent trip The driver was fabulous his name is Peter I am sure the name is correct He took us to Loch Ness and high lands in 6th of Oct Tuesday His knowledge on Scottish history was excellent Not only knowledge how he delivered it to quest was like a TV presenter Driving and telling history about Scotland was amazing I wonder why didn’t he try TV commentator job Hi Peter You are simply best ,ten stars Regards Sivayogarajan
I would recommend this trip - what a fantastic day and we learnt so much - worth every penny. Jimmy is a legend his knowledge of the area and the history was incredible and very interesting - due to the current covid19 situation we weren't able to do everything you would normally do but Jimmy made up for it - if you do nothing else whilst in Edinburgh do this trip you wont regret it !
Everything was perfect. The drivers were really nice and friendly beside they are very very professional. I enjoyed every moment and I will do it again for sure. It was a funny and beautiful tour to stunning beautiful places that I will visit again for sure because one day was not enough for me. Perfect perfect perfect
The sites at Loch Lomond and in the highlands are truly worth experiencing. This trip achieved all that. What made the trip really special was Jamie our tour guide and bus driver. He is an amazing story teller. A real Scottish gentle giant. His selection of music he played through out the trip was just perfect.
