Full description
Discover the highlights of St Petersburg on a 3-day, visa-free cruise excursion. Each day your guide will pick you up at the cruise ship terminal and drop you off there each night to sleep in your cruise cabin. Day 1  Your first stop is at sphinxes near the spit of Vasilevsky Island. Then visit Peter and Paul Fortress and enjoy a guided tour of Peter and Paul Cathedral, the first building of the ancient city of St Petersburg. In the cathedral you can see the tombs of the Romanov dynasty. After the visit of the cathedral, explore the Church of The Savior on Spilled Blood. Then, enjoy lunch in a typical Russian restaurant. In the afternoon your guided tour will continue with a visit of the Hermitage Museum.  Day 2  Explore Peterhof, the summer residence of the Czars and often called the "Russian Versailles." Walk through Petershof Park and visit the Palace. Then, enjoy lunch in another typical Russian restaurant. After lunch, discover the spectacular Catherine Palace. Day 3 Begin your day with a metro station tour and take a ride on the Russian subway. Next you'll explore St Isaak Cathedral with a guide and enjoy a guided tour of the Faberge Museum. You will need to purchase your own lunch on this day. Finally, relax on a boat trip of the rivers and canals of St Petersburg before heading back to your cruise ship.

  • The itinerary and order of sights may vary depending on museum availability
  • Please do not book any evening program on the first day as the itinerary cannot be guaranteed to be end at 7 PM due to museum operating times, busy traffic in the city, or other delays
