Very friendly and welcoming lady guide (sorry cannot remember name) it was our first evening in Kracow ,as we had arrived earlier that afternoon. I booked tour before we left UK as I thought would be a fun way to get familiar with the town. The tour was very interesting and we were taken into the many streets and different areas of the old town and square. Some creepy stories were told of what happened in times gone by and I really enjoyed learning about the darker side to the history of krakow. Our guide was very knowledgeable as had lived locally since a child. She spoke very good English and was happy to answer any questions. I went with my 16 year old son and he enjoyed it. Wear comfy shoes as you discover the town, which involves a lot of walking at a steady pace. With stops at different points of interest. A good choice for history of old town with a creepy twist!

Everything was neatly organized and on time. The driver that took us to the train station gave us the tickets and explained everything we needed to get to Krakow and later to Auschwitz and back. He also gave us some recommendation on what to do during our free time in Krakaw. The tour itself was interesting and the guide did a great job of leading us through the camps.

The most emotional trip I’m ever likely to make. The day was made very easy by the staff. But don’t buy a packed lunch, you have plenty of time to eat. Prepare to cry and feel anger.

All the bells and whistles well planned and organised at a great price an overall great experience

Great guide and experience. We were lucky to have him to ourselves for the whole tour.
