Our tour guide Anna was prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The tour was at a good pace and we visited some places where the average person wouldn’t know about. The high tea at Kensington Palace was superb. It should be noted that you have to find your own way back from Kensington Palace as the tour ends there (was not a problem for us). Definitely a recommend.

This was a great option to have on hand for when walking around became too tiring for some or there was a lack of direction. It's great to just hop on, learn about the sights, and then hop off when something interests you.

Stunning Palace, Queen Elizabeth Platinum Jubilee Exhibition. Very smart guide. Well communicated information.

We were in London during an underground strike and greatly appreciated this means of transport.

The short guided tour to the entrance is very good. And it's beautiful inside
