Full description

Witness the lush beauty of the Krka National Park on a day trip from Split or Trogir. Swim beneath the breathtaking Krka Waterfalls, explore the scenic trails, or follow the river to Skradin.

Depart Split and relax on the short journey to Krka National Park, known for its spectacular waterfalls and the travertine barrier of Skradinski Buk. Listen to your driver as they explain all the secrets of the stunning setting and its scenic attractions. Upon arrival, get some free time to stroll the well-organized trails and wander through the lush green forests at your own pace. Hike to a small collection of renovated stone houses, workshops and other authentic buildings, including a watermill that demonstrates sustainable village life from centuries ago. Wind your way down to the Krka River, stopping every now and again to read the educational maps and interesting information about the herbs and animal species that make the park their home. Relax under the shade of the tall trees, or sit down on the banks of the river and watch the water rush by.

Then, enjoy a boat ride down the Krka river canyon, which will take you to the town of Skradin. Located within the grounds of the national park, you will have 2 hours here to relax. Then, say farewell to this piece of paradise and hop back on the bus. Enjoy back to Split via a landscape of striking beauty and pass the picturesque villages of Dalmatia.

The arrangements were very well organised and the guide was very knowledgeable and approachable. We had considered making our own way in a hire car but pleased we didn't as everything was taken care of and we could just enjoy our day. Can't recommend visiting krka Park enough. We're already looking forward to going back. This might sound strange but an umbrella is definitely worth while as the sun is deathly hot. Overall, a brilliant service and day out.

Really great day. Honestly 2020 was the best year to come visit the Krka waterfalls as it was much less crowded than usual (still very crowded though). We got to swim next to the falls which was amazing!! The rest of the parc is not as pretty but the falls are majestic so it’s defensively worth seeing. Since the pandemic is still going on we couldn’t do the boat tour but we stopped in Sibenik after the national park and explored a bit more there so it was very lovely. Very good value for the money we spend 9 hours away, 4 hours in the park and 1h30 in Šibenik. Our guide Darjio was very great, would definitely book again!

Darijo was a terrific guide! Not only knowledge, professional and entertaining, but truly went out of his way to help us with any issue including ones not related to the tour (such as ferry etc) and the park is beautiful, incredible waterfalls-go swim in front of them before you willnot be able to next year! Lovely park, plenty of fair style yummy food options, places to change and places for shade. And I loved all the stories about events and people Darijo shared with us! Made the coach trip fly by quickly. Also loved sibenik. Wish we had a bit more time there but truly a great day!
