You can relax, sit, taste, learn, and experience what your professional Pizzaiolo has to teach to you at a central restaurant in Rome. They will explain to you how to make your own Roman pizza, thin and crunchy at 400 degrees Celsius utilizing an oak wood-fired oven. You can kneed the dough, form the pizza, and add your chosen ingredients, before finally eating your very own creations and bringing your new techniques to make Italian pizza back home.
