What people are saying about Sofia Province

Amazing views and a must have trip. I never saw anything like that. Just pure nature and absolute silence. The ride to the mountain was beautiful and I enjoyed being inside the massive forest while taking the lift to the starting point. The best part about the trip was our amazing guide, Marin. He was nice and interesting. Made share we were all comfortable and was thoughtful when my girlfriend got tired from the hike. He knows many things about the place and Bulgaria in general. Most of all, he is kind and really made our trip memorable.

Vasco was an outstanding guide. He took us to the 7 Rila lakes explaining everything to us in detail, there we took the chairlift that took us to the mountain (€13 round trip) and then proceeded to snowshoeing (very tiring). After that we went to a nearby restaurant and finally to the spa where we allowed ourselves some relaxation. Really worth it!!!

It was a great experience and we were very lucky to have the greatest weather! I had a lot of fun with Velko, the guide. It felt like going for a hike with my friends Also loved the thermal baths. Just the perfect combination after a nice hike! ADVICE: it is really important to bring proper clothes and equipment to the mountain!

A day well spent...Ivan our tour guide was very good...He was very punctual, friendly and warm..He gave us a detailed description of the Borovets day activities and something about Bulgaria...I would highly recommend him and the Get me your guide for tourist that needs assistance regarding day trips here in Bulgaria..

The trip was exhausting yet very fun! The trek is unexpectedly harder than I thought but Dobs is an excellent guide who consistently motivated the group. The hot spring after the trek was relaxing. We're considering hiking it again in the summer to finally see the lakes!
