1. From Bovec: Rafting on Soča River
Get a real white water experience on the Soča river. Brave the rapids, waves, slaloms, jumps from the Penguin Rock or the Manhattan (if you are brave enough). See the breathtaking Soča Valley from the view only rafters can enjoy. All this beauty and adventure will be photographed by your guides for you to enjoy after the activity. After registration you will meet your guides who will give you the equipment. The river is about a 10 minutes drive from the rafting base. On the shore, when everybody is dressed and ready for the adventure your guides will explain everything about paddle technics and safety in a 10-15 minute briefing. Afterwards, be transported back to the meeting point.
The rapids aren’t as big as we have previously rafted but still an excellent day out. Loved the games and the scenery is amazing!
2. Bovec Zipline/Canyon Učja - Biggest Zipline Park in Europe
Experience the biggest zipline park in Europe at the Bovec Zipline. Get your adrenaline pumping and with 10 ziplines at different lengths (250 – 600 m) stretched over the kanjon Učja, located in Učja valley. Reach speeds from 40-60 km an hour! Besides adrenaline ziplining you will enjoy the beauty of the intact Učja valley, panoramic views towards Soča valley, and the highest mountain in Slovenia – Triglav. Before the trip, you will get all the necessary instructions for zip-lining in the training polygon, so no special experience is necessary.
3. Bovec: Panoramic Zipline Tour
The meeting point is at the agency's office on the main square of Bovec. There you will be guided through the formalities and provided with necessary equipment, such as harness, helmet, and gloves. Afterwards, there is an approximately 20-minute panoramic and bumpy ride to Krnica Valley on Kanin Mountain. Once there, the guides will provide you with all information regarding safety. You will then have to try the small zipline polygon first and after that - the true adventure begins. You will fly on 5 wires, together more than 3 kilometers long. Your heart rate will be the fastest on the highest wire, when you will fly 200 meters above the ground. After meeting at the office with your kayaking team, you will receive your whitewater equipment (neoprene suits and shoes, helmet and a life jacket) before driving for 10 minutes to the starting point besides the Soča River. Before you begin your journey, the guides will tell you all the necessary information about whitewater safety and about the kayaking itself. Then, you will sit on your kayak and row your paddle through the crystal clear water through easily navigated parts of the Soča river. Using sit-on-top kayaks, which are very stable and easy to manoeuvre, will allow you to enjoy the whitewater rapids without any previous kayaking knowledge required.
