Sam was an outstanding guide, who did not hold us against our delay, exuded security at all times and was responsive to every individual request. With a pinch of her great humor and her easy-going manner, she taught us everything about glaciers that you can learn in one day, including spike shoeing and climbing. The experience in a small group was really special and climbing is possible in every age group. I'm afraid of heights, but I also had a lot of fun climbing. I would have given 6 stars if that were possible. Diego also deserves praise for his active support with Sam and his confident charisma.

We had an amazing time on this tour. The extra small group was perfect and being able to drive right up to the bottom of the glacier was such a bonus! Our guide Katerina was so knowledgeable about everything to do with the glacier and the local area. She also had great suggestions for other activities and places to see that weren’t well known to tourists. We hiked quite high up on the glacier much higher than all the other groups it was really an exceptional experience and I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

We did the 3 hour hike and really enjoyed it. I am 65 and in average shape- my son in 20s and in great shape. A bit strenuous for me but ok. Our guide stopped every so often and informed us of interesting facts which was lovely. She also helped us all at the bottom to get the crampons on and off which is a deal. Wonderful day with no rain! Beautiful blues in the glacier! I felt like I had accomplished a very cool and beautiful hike! Worthy!

Amazing experience! Highly recommend. Beautiful views, great gear and excellent guides. Benat and Diego were awesome! Thank you!

Great guide! Nice views! Worth the time. Don’t forget to drink glacier water
