This was a wonderful half day trip from Lisbon. Our driver Carlos was early and picked us up in a very clean and nice luxury sedan. We made great time to Sintra on a Sunday afternoon and from previous reviews knew for the half day tour, you pretty much have a choice of seeing one palace. We loved Quinta da Regaleira which was even more gorgeous than the photos. The whole town is a fairytale! Buy your tickets for the castle online to save time for whichever one you want to see. We then made our way to Cabo da Roca which was gorgeous and then a drive through Cascais with an option to stop for some photos. Overall it was an excellent way to see alot in a short period of time!

Our guide, Agnes, was delightful, energetic, full of special stories about the royals, the palace and funny. Even though it was foggy, rainy and windy, we had an epic adventure. The drive along the coast of Estoril and Cascais was awesome, as the waves were huge due to the Hurricane Ernie. Agnes never gave up hope for a little sunshine…which we did get a little of. She was very knowledgeable of that area as well. The driver was also good (I don’t remember his name but he was handsome).

Our guide Tiago was great. He had a lot of historical knowledge and was excited to share it with us. And he let us customize the tour. The one thing to keep in mind is the tour doesn't include the entrance fee into Sintra. Buy them before you go to not wait inline. You can do that at the Sintra website.

Daniel was a wonderful guide! He made us feel so comfortable and welcome. He was knowledgeable about all kinds of history related to so many different areas. I wish all yours could be like the one we had with him!

Our guide was very knowledgeable an professional. Her pleasant personality made the whole experience very enjoyable.
