The day with our guide, Antoine (French-Portuguese guide) went very well! He picked us up from our hotel in a mini-van. He was considerate and attentive to our requests and needs. The trip went well. Antoine made sure to give us a lot of historical/social facts about the places we visited (he is a real history buff). The visit to Sintra was great (starting with the gardens, a special moment before the rush of the visit to the monastery/palace). We ate tapas with Antoine in Sintra. We took small roads to get to the most western point of continental Europe (Cabo da Roca) and had a few minutes to take pictures (10/15 minutes). Finally, we arrived in Cascais, the Saint-Tropez of Portugal. There, we had more than an hour to walk around, advised by Antoine on the places to discover. Antoine, a huge thank you for your kindness and for this unforgettable day!

There was 6 of us, including Maria the guide, in a 9 seater air-conditioned vehicle, so we travelled in comfort. Maria had messaged us the night before to buy Pena Palace timed entry tickets in advance, to help save some queuing time as it was very busy. Maria was excellent throughout. She was helpful and informative throughout the journey and then would drop us off at each stop and give us time to do whatever we wanted.

Nunu was an exceptional guide. He was very thorough in answering all of our questions. We greatly enjoyed his company. He kindly picked us up from our Air bnb. The weather was very uncooperative (raining, wind) that day. Surprisingly, even after getting drenched during this tour, Nunu was the perfect guide!

This experience was for sure worth it! Maria made sure we experienced everything with minimal wait times! She also provided an endless amount of facts about Sintra and Lisbon! Couldn’t recommend it enough :)

Really very interesting adapted to our interests, very kind and competent guide
