It was very relaxing going on the river cruise, great for first time visitors to Singapore to get a background history on how Singapore started. It's easy to get either by walking or via MRT. If you're early enough, you can sit out the back of the boat in the open air. Ticket check in was very easy with the app.

This was an excellent quick, efficient, informative and beautiful tour at a very good value. I exchanged my voucher for a ticket and had dinner and a drink along Singapore River while waiting to get in line. I timed my cruise to be in the bay during the light show at night (get in line for cruise about 7:30). Narrations on cruise and lights are beautiful.

Took the boat after it had poured with rain at 6pm. Still daylight but cooler. Sat outside so could not hear the playing commentary that was inside but great for taking photos. They were happy to adjust our time slot which had been. 2pm due to the rain earlier.
