We really enjoyed this activity - very well organised and we were looked after all the way through by our fantastic guide Elsa. If you're worried about it being cold, so long as you wear extra socks and a thermal base layer you don't feel it on your body; your hands and face do get cold, but you warm up quickly with the hot chocolate they provide afterward. You also get changed in a trailer not in the open car park which is what we thought!! Elsa took loads of Gopro photos & sent them by the end of the day for us to download so we have loads of memories. A really great experience, and thoroughly recommended.

Amazing - be prepared to be cold in winter when I got out the water it was -22oC - the water is acceptable with correct under garments - all being said don’t miss out - the experience is amazing and pretty much once in a lifetime. The guides are fantastic and walk through everything - they are in water with you so perfectly safe. If you don’t like the cold think carefully - on my day four dropped out even before hitting the water due to cold - it’s not cheep so think carefully - i would say do it and deal with the cold before and after - it’s only a few hours and memory’s are worth a lifetime.

Awesome experience to float in very clear and cold water. The air was -6 and water +1 Celsius. Although I first was a little nervous for the whole experience, our very professional guide made me comfortable. In the end, it was colder standing in line to get into the water than actually being in the water.

A bucket list experience conditions were ideal instructors were great very helpful, I'm over 50 and a decent swimmer and I manage the swim relatively easily the water is unbelievably clear....

Brilliant. Great guide, Dimitrius. Made us feel comfortable and calm in the water with humour and kindness. Fabulously clear water in a special place.
