What people are saying about Shankill Road

This is a really emotive couple of hours spent with a local who grew up in the area and understands the history. My driver Brian was so informative and gave an excellent account of both sides of the political divide. I do not think that you should come to Belfast as a tourist and go again without doing this tour. You need to see the roads and memorials to appreciate the artwork that both sides have created to commemorate their respective causes.

We learned SO much by doing this tour and got to go to places I probably wouldn't have otherwise. We were on a time crunch and knew we wanted part of our trip to focus on the history of Northern Ireland, so this was perfect. It was such a cool experience to sign the Peace Wall and our guide did a wonderful job of staying unbiased while sharing his personal experience.

This was a fantastic experience. So informative and we learned tons. Jim was an excellent guide and was so friendly and welcoming. We had a blast and got an extra hour as there was so much to see. Thankyou so much Jim, diolch yn fawr!

Highly recommend this tour - so much to see with excellent information provided by our driver/tour guide. A must do when in Belfast.
