Hugh gave us such a wonderful tour , he is so knowledgable on the area and both sides of the conflict in Northern Ireland, while remaining humerous and chatty. We also got the opportunity to sign the wall, markers provided by him. He also gave recommendations for fun places to go in Belfast. The tour was exactly and hour and a half which was perfect for us on a time crunch. He answered all of our questions in great detail. An over all brilliant experience that we would recommend to anyone visiting Belfast who wants to learn about the history

Really insightful tour and a thoroughly fun yet thought-provoking experience. As people with limited knowledge of growing up during the troubles, and a potentially biased view based on news footage, it’s amazing to come away understanding more of the conflict on both sides of the wall and it has left us wanting to learn more. Also, if you get Brian as your guide, you’re in for a real treat and you won’t be disappointed

Great to hear both sides of the story. The first half was done by an ex IRA member and the second half by an ex british army soldier.

Brian was a fantastic guide. Huge local knowledge. Very friendly guide. Would reccommend.

Time and money well spent. Very informative and impactful.
